Student Video Challenge
Terms and Conditions
1. Organisers
The challenge is organised by the Empowering Future Integrity Leaders in School Education (E-FIL) Erasmus+ consortium, coordinated by Fraud Line Whistleblowing Services (FLWS) in Greece, together with partners from Bulgaria, North Macedonia, and Albania.
2. Who Can Participate

Students aged 12–17 years who attend a secondary school in Greece, Bulgaria, North Macedonia, or Albania.

International teams outside those countries may also participate
-
Teams must include 2 to 3 students.

Each team may, if they wish, be supported by a teacher or school mentor (not necessary).

Multiple videos per team can be submitted.
3. Challenge Theme
All videos must address integrity and ethical behaviour in school life, such as:
-
Theft – e.g. questions about stealing, finding lost items, etc.
-
Bullying – e.g. dealing with bullying among peers.
-
Sexual Harassment – age-appropriate scenarios about unwanted advances, consent, inappropriate remarks.
-
Gender Discrimination – sexism, equality in school activities, etc.
-
Plagiarism – copying homework or internet content, academic honesty.
-
Exam Cheating – ethics of cheating on tests, helping others cheat or not.
-
Vandalism – respect for school property, graffiti, damaging others’ belongings.
-
Racism – scenarios of racial discrimination or slurs among students, promoting diversity and respect.
-
Socioeconomic Discrimination – e.g. teasing someone for being less affluent, or fairness regardless of background.

School Elections – ethical dilemmas in student council elections: peer pressure, vote buying, promises/bribery.
4. Video Requirements

Videos must be original, created by the students themselves.
-
Videos may be:
-
Faceless (e.g. animation, voice-over, hand-drawn, or symbolic videos), or
-
Faced (students appearing on camera, with parental consent).

Duration: 10 to 60 seconds.
-
Format: portrait (vertical) for social media.
-
Accepted formats: MP4, MOV, or social media link (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram or any other platform).
5. How to Submit
Participants may:
-
Upload their video to the official challenge website https://integrityis.cool/competition , or
-
Tag their video on social media with the hashtag #IntegrityIsCool and complete the submission form on the website.
6. Evaluation and Prizes
-
Videos will be judged by a panel of experts from the E-FIL consortium.
-
Evaluation criteria: creativity, clarity of message, and ethical reflection.
-
Three winning teams from each country (Greece, Bulgaria, North Macedonia, Albania) will receive prizes.
-
One international award will be given to a team outside these countries.
-
Winners will be announced on the project website and social media.
-
Each winning team member will receive a DJI Neo drone.
7. Use of Videos
By submitting a video, participants (and their parents/guardians) agree that:
-
The video may be shown at conferences, educational events, and on social media.
-
Videos will be stored securely for up to 3 years, and faced videos for up to 1 year, unless receiving consent for longer storage and use **.

Videos remain the intellectual property of the creators, but organisers may use them for educational and promotional purposes with credit to the creators.
8. Data Protection
-
All personal data will be handled according to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

9. Parental Consent
For participants under 15, parental/guardian consent is required before submission.
A consent form is available on the website and must be completed for all faced videos.
10. Disqualification
Entries may be disqualified if they:

Contain offensive, discriminatory, or harmful content.

Violate copyright or privacy rights.
-
Do not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting a video, participants and their parents/guardians confirm that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Notice.
