Why Integrity Education Matters More Than Ever: Our report

We are proud to share the Final Strategic Report & Policy Document of our projects.

Future Integrity Leaders was implemented in Greece, Bulgaria, Albania and North Macedonia with one clear goal: to make integrity a real, practical part of school life.

The project shows that integrity is not just about rules. It is about helping young people:

• Make ethical decisions

• Act responsibly online

• Understand AI and digital ethics

• Speak up against wrongdoing

Through research, school pilots and innovative digital tools (including interactive videos, games and immersive learning activities), FIL proved that integrity education can be engaging, practical and impactful.

The report includes:

• Key findings from schools

• Evidence from surveys and workshops

• Policy recommendations for Ministries and educators

• A roadmap to pilot, integrate and scale integrity education across Europe
